This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, despite the language barrier. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a nice bathroom and even a private hot tub with hot spring water.

The hotel could benefit from some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

the bed was big, so at night i slept well. i think i strongly recommend to anyone.

The location was also great, just a short walk from the train station and local shops and restaurants. Plus, the private hot spring and shower area was a peaceful retreat after a long day of work.

The soundproofing was quite poor and I was easily disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms. Plus, there was no view from my room which was a bit disappointing.

Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, offering great value for money. I particularly loved the en suite hot-spring bath tub, which was a luxurious touch and provided a relaxing experience. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
